Breath-work reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. It helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

Something as simple as exhaling for longer than we inhale, sends the body into a parasympathetic state, lowering blood pressure/cortisol levels, while coherent breathing, a type of long, slow breath, has clinically shown a decrease in overall stress, depression & a wealth of healthy effects.

Which then expands to all areas in our lives

& even extends to others around us!

We truly can become one with our inner truth.

Some things to know

Please wear comfortable clothes (maybe socks and sweater).

  • Breathwork is more effective on an empty stomach, so it's best to avoid eating within two hours.

  • Bring an eye mask, or I have some here. Breathwork is so much better with the eyes covered!

  • Beginners and experts are welcome.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session starts, and try not to have any commitments immediately after the session

  • (sometimes we go a bit over schedule, especially if you want to stay and chat).

  • Cancellation Policy : The number of places is limited, so please let us know in advance if you cannot come. Cancellation and a refund is possible up to 48 hours before the session (otherwise the session will be nonrefundable).

  • Workshop Events are non refundable non -reschedulable

It is important to know that Breathwork is not relaxation, but a physical, mental and emotional challenge.

Please note that if you have history of cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, retinal detachment, severe mental illness, seizures, advanced osteoporosis, recent major physical injury or surgery, asthma (bring your inhaler) or if you are pregnant

These things could be exacerbated by these intense breathing practices.
